You will need…
O A Bachelor’s degree with a major in finance, law, engineering, business, or equivalent disciplines.
(An advanced degree is desirable)
O 2-5 years’ relevant experience within a top tier financial services and/or consulting firm
O Exposure to at least one of the following areas:
▪ Retail / Commercial Banking
▪ Capital Markets
▪ Wealth Management
O Knowledge of the following methodologies / qualifications are also highly advantageous
▪ PMP / Prince2
▪ Six Sigma / Lean
▪ ICA Certification
O The ability to run requirements workshops and communicate to a variety of audiences across
business function and level and tailor messages appropriately
O Excellent analytical, decision-making and conflict resolution skills, which means you are able to
proactively anticipate situations, address issues and propose solutions.
O Familiar with the entire lifecycle, knowledge of multiple development methodologies, experience
in requirements management, process modeling, and testing.
O Excellent adaptability, flexibility and prioritization skills. This means you are able to work on
multiple tasks / projects and successfully deliver based on project needs and timelines.
O Experience in leading/training other junior resources
O Critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
